We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gold's Gym performance gear; if you are not, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure every athlete has the right equipment to reach their fitness goals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in your portal download.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
